Ambience Low Air Loss Pressure Care Matt
Due to our ethical trading policy this product is only available for an assessment by your local Ableworld Specialist store.The Ambience Dynamic is a high-quality zonal low air loss mattress system for users considered to be at high risk of developing pressure ulcers.
This mattress will provide additional support around bony prominences, it will also assist patients who are unable to tolerate alternating mattresses with pressure ulcer prevention. This mattress provides differential pressure zones in the head, torso and heel areas. This reduces the pressure in these vulnerable areas.
An automatic fowler boost provides additional support when in the semirecumbent position and segmented side bolsters enhance patient safety. A foam underlay is incorporated within the base of the mattress to provide support for the patient, should there be power failure.
Other features of the control unit include auto-firm function, automatic function lock, fault indicator displays and fault alarms. Supplied with a heat sealed, multi-stretch, vapour permeable, water-resistant cover.
